My Top Three (vegan) Breakfasts - Part #1 || Health & Food

Hellllooo!
Today I am going to post a little differently.... I am going to introduce you my three most eaten breakfasts, divided to three parts.

Something you didn't know about me- I LOVE repeating thing. I enjoy watching movies I have already watched, I choose the same ice-cream flavor every time, and I eat three same breakfasts during the week. If I don't, it means it is special event, like restaurant or a picnic.

Some of you may know (or guess, as I mentioned it before), I run a vegan lifestyle.
That means I do not eat meat, dairy, eggs, honey. I also try not to buy leather and stuff that are experimented on animals.
So when it all begun (about 3 years ago), I had to experiment a lot until I found things I could eat for breakfast and enjoy - since breakfast is my favorite (and most important) meal of the day!

I"ll show them to you in 3 posts-  from easiest to.. let's say, most vegan hardcore (hint- it includes green leaves and chia seeds).

Lets begin!

How do you go from this:
To this:

Pretty easy, actually!

You"ll need:

  • A banana
  • A dried fig
  • Handful of pecans and walnuts
  • A cup of soy yogurt (I used 125g)
  • Ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of granola
  • A cup (I chose my Elvis cup from Elvis Presley Inn)
*** you can choose whatever fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and yogurts you like, that's just how I eat it.

Here is the order:
Cut the banana into the cup.

Cut the fig and add it to the cup. Add the nuts.

Add the yogurt to the cup and sprinkle the granola on top.

Don't forget some ground flax seed for the Omega 3!

Ta-da! You're done ☺ Enjoy!

I think Kimi does not like the non-dairy treat...
